  1. Make sure you are utilizing Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your browser from a computer, not your mobile phone.  If you do not have one of these browsers, download one for free by clicking on one of the logos.

2.  If you downloaded a new browser, restart your computer to successfully install your new browser.
